Bargains Global offers a 7 day refund or exchange policy. All returned items need to be in perfect merchantable condition, and in their original packaging along with any instruction manuals or warranty documentation. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post as we can't be responsible if returned items are lost in transit. Please note, that shipping fees cannot be refunded as the cost of shipping cannot be reclaimed from Australia post.
How to Return/Exchange your item
You must lodge your request within 7 days of receiving the item, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. Please contact us via email with the subject "REFUND #Invoice number" and our customer service team will notify you the necessary steps for the process.
